101SinfulJoker These guys used to sell their CDs me and my brother I liked when they came in because we had such good conversations about all the combined interest. They were couple years older but I think I started wearing a trench coat because of them? Great guys and love being able to support them. Favorite track: Falling.
__kla

__kla Muscle and sinew atop post-punk bone, it combines a sense of weariness/resignation with vitality/resolve. Obviously, the tension of such opposite emotional affects makes for a dynamic listen. Haunting melodic lines, a woozy surprise of slide guitar and scuzzy leads, strong songwriting, delicate layering of textures, clean grounding bass lines that just feel good—these ten songs add up to a mature, mysterious, and subtle album that doesn't overstay its welcome and keeps you coming back for more. Favorite track: Another Fallen Petal.
Will
Will thumbnail
Will Conceptually, the album resonates the photograph on the cover, coming of age, broken ties, ghosts of the past, what should have, could have been and moments of memories. Mike VanPortfleet of Lycia adds sonic guitar work to the track, Planet Of Me, that is breathtaking. It's hard to pick a favorite track out of the perfectly arranged track listing. Worth every second of a 10 year wait. A strong self released album, there is something here for fans old and new. Phenomenal. Favorite track: Planet Of Me.

1.
Dear tired friends Where did everything go wrong? Pull up a chair Around the table in the back room Dear tired friends You’re under the influence of a strange life Pull up a chair Around the table in the back room One chance / Can’t breathe One life / All noise Two time / Can’t breathe Too late / All noise Was it just a game? Such a lonely streak With the politics of your dissonance Fraudulent companionship And I think about All that wasted time So much wasted time
2.
Wish No Harm 03:20
I bet you're sick to death of hearing my name At all the places where you don't belong “No harm. I wish you no harm” I keep my memories in the dark Far away from fingertips And the old voices inside my head Reaching out for me But no one's there No one's there “No harm. I wish you no harm” When you think back on your life Will you be proud of what you've done? The trail of bread crumb lies Left for no one there to follow And the streets are so cold And the cars pass by Always saying that you're sorry You meant me no harm So you say
3.
Let your thoughts fall on top of me Awake but dreaming of a better life Where do kids go When they grow older? “Don’t ever come back” To nothing To the past Forget what’s gone away It’s in a different time But you affect me And without that where are we? Where do kids go When they grow older? Locked in stories That never have happy endings Wind through a courtyard And the leaves shake Exist who you are Another fallen petal That no one watches over Another fallen petal That no one watches over And that is you In a different time In a different time
4.
Do you recognize the feeling Of being up for days? Do you recognize the feeling Of forcing yourself to sleep? Like a branch dizzy in the wind Like nothing at all dizzy in the wind Do you recognize the feeling Of being up for days? Do you recognize the feeling Of drinking yourself to sleep? Like a branch dizzy in the wind Like nothing at all dizzy in the wind
5.
Sunglass 02:48
In some eyes we will be to blame For those that can’t let go They’ll stay awake at night You and I will meet in our dreams Laugh the night away Should’ve been more memories to make More life to shake and break Lay there sunglass Hey there sunglass Lay there now and rest Our memories we will always have With sarcasm and cold beer Tripping down stairs, crashing down doors What do you say there, sunglass? Some say you were a dark cloud Rain or shine, hot and cold In some eyes we’ll be to blame Laugh the night away Laughing the night away Laughing Lay there sunglass Lay there sunglass Lay there now and rest
6.
Planet Of Me 04:18
Happy new year Happy times Keep on laughing Keep on dancing Planet of one Planet of me All around you What’s it all about? Check your face It’s not the same Check the clock It’s halfway over Spinning through life With my eyes closed Coming down
7.
So much time we waste Doing nothing at all So much love we waste Replacing it with fear Like it even matters If all my problems Burn and fail to explode ‘Cause somewhere on the side of the road Something’s overturned And they don’t ever get up and walk away Don’t ever get up and walk away I can’t help myself to want to leave I can’t help myself to want to leave this place Every day a little more is gone from my memory
8.
Fireflies 03:31
The streets are filled with fireflies Time to go inside Time to go inside Your dreams are filled with what you fear Time to go inside Time to go inside Let’s take a walk around the block Everyone’s a stranger And everyone’s a lie Can’t you see what’s in your way? Don’t you see what takes its place?
9.
1987 03:33
Thirteen reasons to run back home And hide before girls And before passion I just sat and waited Before any problems I think we all lost something back then The car door closed behind the jukebox Life it went by Before it ended it was already gone Before it ended it was already in the past 1987 We could run through the alley Thirteen steps back We can’t crawl under the fence And make it all go away 1987 They tell me someone was left behind Maybe the old me or just an old friend How come it’s so many years And I’m twice as old today? I haven’t given up on the past Or the future is a mystery 1987 We could run through the alley Thirteen steps back We can’t crawl under the fence And make it all go away Make it all go away
10.
Falling 05:20
Her hair was the color of seaweed His little mermaid Dreamt about swimming The house was lonely Cracked open with a wedge of light And sips of gin She nods her head but eyes weren’t in I’ll give you a call tonight Turn the snow white pages Through the canopy of trees Come sit down How have you been? I used to be so scared To go so high Falling Falling Falling Falling…
